Wayne Gardiner, age 75, died April 15, 1993, in Salt Lake City.
Born April 12, 1918 in Lark, a son of John William and Myrtle Jane Turner Gardiner. Decorated World War II Veteran; served as staff sergeant in North Africa, Germany, and Italy.Survived by children, Bruno Gardiner, Carlsbad, Calif.; Luana Karr, Del Mar, Calif.; Roy Gardiner, Vista, Calif.; two grandchildren, Shane and Nicholas; brother and sisters, Floyd Gardiner, Rhea Sauls, Ila Banks, all of Salt Lake City.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, 2 p.m., at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 10600 So. 1700 East, under direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Assoc. or Cancer Society.
