Demar Taylor Workman, age 75, of Duchesne and Salt Lake City, Utah died May 14, 1993 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He was born May 19, 1917 in Crescent, Utah to German B. and Pearletta Taylor Workman. He married Dortha Jane Standley June 2, 1936 in Ammon, Idaho. Later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was a member of the LDS Church.Survived by his wife, Dortha, children: Larry Workman, Salt Lake City; Sheila Tidwell, Wellington; Charlyn Moore, Idaho Falls, Idaho; Larraine Platt, North Salt Lake; Ricky Workman, Las Vegas, Nevada; Kevin Workman, Salt Lake; 32 grandchildren, 66 great-grandchildren, brother, Ken Workman, sisters, Pearl Nelson and Carolyn Kelsey.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter; Dortha Rose and baby daughter Workman; son, Boyd; sisters, Gertha Workman and LaVera Bellon.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, May 17, at the Duchesne 3rd Ward LDS Chapel, 2nd South 4th East. Friends may call at the Hullinger-Olpin Mortuary, 457 East 300 North, Roosevelt, Utah, Sunday, 6-8 p.m. and at the church one hour prior to services. Burial, Duchesne City Cemetery.
