Fred Lujan, Jr., age 56, passed away July 21, 1993 of natural causes.
Born April 22, 1937 in Salt Lake City, the son of Federico and Rosemary Romero Lujan. Beloved husband and best friend of Shirley Lujan.Fred loved his family, fishing, camping, woodcrafts, model cars, swap meets, and yardwork. He also loved fixing and making things with his grandchildren. Employed 18 years with Master Halco.
Trusted father of Linda L. Lujan, Larry Lujan, Gina Vigil (Mark), Bunny Fuller, Linda J. Salter (Mark), Steve Monfredi (Darchelle) and Shirley "Sam" Lewis (Guy). A loving grandfather to Benjamin, Brianna, Colby, Erica, Opal, Mac, Stacie, Corey, Marchelle, Michael-Paul, Ariel and Tye, Markie. Great-grandfather of Michael and Matthew. Beloved brother to Fran Salazar, Willie Lujan (Nora), Kathy Banks (Deb), Emmalinda Anderson, Roberta "Bobbie" Ostler (Mike) and Daniel Lujan. Loved by many, many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by his father and a sister, Precilla.
Memorial funeral service Friday, July 23, 1993, at 2 p.m., at the Larkin Mortuary Chapel, 260 East South Temple.
