Pop singer Bobby Vinton and his wife, Dolly, have put a $20 million pricetag on their 113-acre Malibu ranch. They're moving to the new music mecca of Branson, Mo.The Vintons' ranch includes a 12,000-square-foot main house, four guesthouses, indoor pool and a tennis court. Vinton plans to buy a smaller place as an L.A.-area pied-a-terre and will also hang onto a home in Florida.
The Beverly Hills mansion of the late actor Cary Grant has gone on the rental market for $40,000 per month. The gated, 4,000-square-foot pad features tennis court, pool and sweeping views.
Best-selling novelist Dean ("Cold Fire") Koontz and his wife, Gerda, have purchased several lots in the Newport Coast area south of L.A. They plan to build a tri-level Mediterranean-style villa.
