I propose a new noncitizen tax be levied on all property (residential, business) belonging to non-U.S. citizens. This new revenue would be used to help reduce our national debt.
The noncitizen foreign investors already have their money tied up in our "golden land." It is about time that our country's real estate generate revenue for this country of America and not foreign interests.Mexico is way ahead of America in this area, as they only lease their property for 30 years.
