Nora Katherine Boyle Geer, 91, died September 8, 1993, after a long illness.

She was born October 30, 1901 in Park City, Utah, the first of child of Edward Joseph and Alice Fox Boyle.Nora obtained her bachelor's degree at the University of Utah and her master's degree at the University of California in Berkeley, California, both in education. She was a school teacher in Park City, Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah and San Francisco, California, where she retired in the sixties. She was the president of the Classroom Teachers of San Francisco and belonged to many other organizations, both educational and religious. She was a member of St. Brigids Catholic Church of San Francisco, California. Nora married Louis Geer in the forties. He died in 1972.

She is survived by one brother, Emmett F. Boyle, Richmond, California; and two sisters, Elizabeth Bascou of Oakland, California; and Mary Alice Daley of Salt Lake City.

Graveside services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 4th Avenue and "T" Street. Funeral Directors: Neil O'Donnell & Sons Mortuary.
