Rulon Earl White returned to our Heavenly Father, September 6, 1993.
He was born July 10, 1946 to LeGrande and Clara Porter White in Huntington, Utah. He married Peggy Cowley July 11, 1969. Their marriage was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple October 11, 1975.He was employed at Plateau Mining Company for 23 years. He enjoyed his employment and made many friends and had wonderful memories of his time spent there.
He has held many positions in the LDS Church. Since he was baptized in March of 1973, he has been Scout leader, ward clerk, executive secretary, Sunday School teacher, Young Men's president, Elders Quorum president, High Councilman and bishop from 1985-1990.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy; children, Shantelle and Cody, all of Wellington; Racquel and Lane Adams, Payson; mother, Clara White, Woods Cross; brothers and sisters, Dennis, Clyde, Vernon, Alice, Carla, Dorothy, Rachel, Joanne and Trudy.
Rulon was a very loving and caring husband and father. He will be greatly missed for his wonderful attitude and love and concern for others. He was always willing to ease another's burdens.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 9, 1993, 1 p.m. in the Wellington Stake Center. Friends may call Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary in Price and one hour to services at the church.
Burial will be in the Price City Cemetery.
