Former 2nd District Judge David Roth will begin hearings on construction of a Utah Power substation and high-tension power lines in the Dimple Dell area.
When: Utah Power will present testimony on Jan. 18 and 19. A citizens group will present testimony on Jan. 20 and 21.
Where: Room N-1101 in the North Building of the County Government Center, 2001 S. State.
