Almo Sounds has signed a pressing and distribution deal with Geffen Records and expects to release three albums by mid-1995. Alpert and his Tijuana Brass had a series of hits in the 1960s. The trumpeter and singer also had a solo career, with the hit "This Guy's in Love With You."Alpert and Moss formed A&M in 1962, and it became a major label featuring such acts as Quincy Jones, Joe Cocker, The Police and Janet Jackson. A&M was sold to Polygram in 1989, but Alpert and Moss continued to run the label until leaving last year.
