Almost three decades of running for president are taking a toll: Pat Paulsen can't decide on a campaign slogan.
The dour comedian is trying to choose between: "You Get What You Vote For" and "Well, Whadaya Want Me to Do About It?"Paulsen, who started running for president when he was a regular on "The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour" in the 1960s, announced his 1996 candidacy Friday at a Huntington, W.Va., restaurant.
He said he's for safe streets and against homelessness. "I say the things that all politicians say. I just use shorter sentences," Paulsen said.

And his campaign chest, at 60 cents, is a little smaller.
