Sam Teitelbaum, age 86, passed away peacefully September 28, 1994 in Salt Lake City, following a long illness.

Born November 29, 1907 in New York, New York to Maurice and Beatrice Markel Teitelbaum. Married Marie Elizabeth Ballstaedt September 19, 1931 in Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by Marie and a son, Bernard David.Survived by a granddaughter, Michele (husband, Scott) Cable, Sacramento, Calif.; two great-granddaughters, Riley and Lauren, and a sister, Gertrude Reitz of Delray Beach, Flor.;

Sam and Marie worked together for 47 years in their own business, Teitelbaum Floral. He has been in family counseling for the past 38 years and sincerely cared about his clients and had a positive influence in their lives. He did extensive community and civic volunteer work for over 60 years. In recent months he remained involved and active despite his illness. He is now free of pain and suffering.

Sam expressed gratitude to his friend for their support.
