Lately I have heard many complaints about the roadwork being done on Virginia Street. As you might know, islands are being added to supposedly slow down traffic. Though the islands are slowing traffic, they also are causing many accidents.
Now that we are at the beginning of winter, I'm certain that, with icy conditions, many other accidents will occur. What can we do to prevent a bad situation from becoming worse?Dan Richards
