Glenn Roy Brown, 53, died November 2, 1994 in Sandy, Utah.
Born November 14, 1940 in Roosevelt, Utah to Victor C. and Catherine L. Crow Brown. His mother died when he was two-and-a-half years old. Married Mary JaNae Liddell in Roosevelt on January 7, 1961.Glenn worked in the dairy industry for 36 years. He worked at Western General Dairies (Hi-Land) for 28 years, where he worked his way to plant manager. He later worked at Smith's Food & Drug, where he helped to open three new dairy plants: one in Layton, Utah, one in Tolleson, Arizona, and the third in Riverside, California. He had many associates and was loved by all he came in contact with.
Glenn loved his family and enjoyed the time he had to spend with them. He spent many happy hours coaching ball and watching his grandkids. He loved the outdoors and the horse races. He was fun-loving and kind to all.
Survived by wife, JaNae, Sandy; children, Mark (Linda), West Jordan; Ryan (Sherri), South Jordan; four grandchildren, Kyle, Brett, Amy and Kendra; parents, Victor C. and Arvil Brown, Roosevelt; brothers, Ronald (Marilyn), Spanish Fork; Allen (Jeanie); Ernie (Saundra), both Roosevelt; sister-in-law, Peggy Brown, Anchorage, Alaska; sister, Vickie (Chris) Carling, Fillmore; parents-in-law, John and Mary Liddell, Orem. Also preceded in death by brother, Robert.
Funeral services Saturday, November 5, 1994, at 10 a.m. in the Sandy 13th Ward Chapel, 586 East 8400 South. Friends may call Friday 6-8 p.m. at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, and Saturday at the church from 8:45-9:45 a.m. Interment, Roosevelt Memorial Park, Roosevelt, Utah.
