Rex Wilkerson is the new Payson Chamber of Commerce president.

Wilkerson, who served as chamber president in 1989, is a vice president of Zions Bank and manager of its Payson branch. He replaces Keith Barnett, owner of Barnetts Locksmithing. Wilkerson and other chamber officers were installed during ceremonies held at the Payson City Center. In stepping down, Barnett said he was initially reluctant to take the chamber post. However, as the year progressed, the chamber took great steps into the future - including creating the Payson Economic Development Board and completing a new brochure. That made 1993 one of the most important in both the chamber's and the city's history, he said.

Joining Wilkerson on the chamber board are Ron Gordon, Big-O Tires, first vice president/
