A Sugar House woman who was home alone panicked when she heard footsteps on the floor above her Sunday night.
When she went to investigate, the intruder was gone. But the intruder left a sign that someone had been there - an unflushed toilet.The 46-year-old woman told police that someone had urinated in her toilet, and had not flushed it. Nothing was taken or disturbed, according to a Salt Lake police report.
But she flushed the toilet prior to police's arrival.

The woman, who left her front and back doors unlocked, thought that one of her relatives had visited unannounced, but when she called them, they told her they hadn't been over.
