The woman behind the cosmetics that bear her name says the conditioning stick can be used alone on lips or around eyes as a moisturizer. Or wear it under lipstick to relieve dryness, apply it to skin under the eyes before makeup to help concealer glide on more smoothly or slick it over lipstick to add moisture and shine.
