The San Antonio Spurs re-acquired forward Sean Elliott for the Detroit Pistons for the rights to former Boston College center Bill Curley and a second-round pick in 1997. The Spurs traded Elliott, a restricted free agent, to the Pistons last year for forward Dennis Rodman.
