President Clinton looks up at 6-foot-7-inch Gwendolyn Gillingham of the University of North Carolina basketball team at a ceremony Wednesday honoring the team as 1994 NCAA Women's Division I champion. Clinton told Gillingham, "All my life I've been looking for a woman as tall as I am." Meanwhile, a White House aide says the Clintons are planning a vacation at Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts next month.
