Miss Teen Georgia, California and Kansas clasp hands as they wait to hear the winner of the Miss Teen USA title Tuesday night. Shauna Gambill, the Californian, was crowned shortly thereafter. The other two, Whitney Fuller of Georgia and Melissa Hurtig of Kansas, were first and second runners-up, respectively, at the pageant in Biloxi, Miss. "I couldn't believe it," Gambill, 17, said. "I was like, `oh my gosh, is this really happening?' I was just star-struck."
