Lynn Ray Singley, age 55, passed away in his home September 10, 1994 of lymphoma.
Born September 23, 1938 in Salt Lake City to William C. and Charlotte Singley. Married Ilene Hogge May 1, 1964 in the Salt Lake Temple.Graduated from Davis High School and attended the University of Utah. Served in the Army National Guard and for four years in the Navy. He had the opportunity to live five years at Cumorah Farm and five years at the Joseph Smith home in Palmyra, New York. Served two years in Western States Mission. Active member of the LDS Church, where his greatest love was teaching the gospel.
Survived by his wife; sons, Jeffery L. (Jodi), Clay R. (Sherrie), Tyler R., Paul W., Michael D.; two brothers, Ferrin and Bryce; one sister, Mrs. Melvin (Carma) Crosby; two grandchildren, Austin and Dallas.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, September 14, 1994 at Steedcreek Chapel, 347 South 200 West, Farmington, Utah. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, Utah and 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Interment, Bountiful Cemetery.
