Actor Patrick O'Neal died of respiratory arrest on Friday. He was 66. His stage roles included the lead in "The Ginger Man" and the defrocked cleric in "Night of the Iguana." O'Neal's films included "King Rat," "The Way We Were" and "The Stepford Wives."
