Sheet Metal Systems, 6194 S. 300 West, a heating and air conditioning installation company, has obtained a Small Business Administration 504 loan to finance a new building at 12695 S. 125 East in Draper. The company will move next January.

Verl Chidester, president, said business has been good and forced the company to get the larger 10,000 square-foot building. "We have simply outgrown our shop and need more space," he said. In addition to providing more space, the new building will have state-of-the-art equipment.Sheet Metal Systems has 27 employees, and when the company moves 10 more will be hired.
