MARSHALL, T'WOLVES AGREE TO TERMS

The Minnesota Timberwolves agreed to terms with first-round draft pick Donyell Marshall on a multiyear contract.

Marshall, a 6-foot-9 forward from Connecticut, was the fourth selection overall in June's draft. The Big East player of the year as a junior last season, he averaged 25.1 points, 8.9 rebounds and 3.3 blocks. The deal was reportedly nine years for almost $42 million.
