Katherine Aladine Hembree Dalton Hansen, 91, died Tuesday, September 6, 1994 at a local nursing center of incident to age.

She was born January 20, 1903 in Portland, Oregon, a daughter of John Lycurgus and Letitia Frances Smith Hembree. She married Raymond Earl Dalton on June 18, 1922 in Boise, Idaho. He died on December 31, 1954. She married Alfred Hansen on November 5, 1958 in Grace, Idaho. He died on January 28, 1983. She was a member of the LDS Church serving as organist in all the auxiliaries and ward organist in each ward for many years.She was the music specialist for Idaho State American Legion Auxiliary for a few years and played in dance orchestras for many years in Idaho. She had lived in Oregon, California, Idaho, Michigan and Ogden.

Surviving are her children, Gene (Shirley) Dalton, Roy; Mrs. Keith (Ruth) Thomas, Burley, Idaho; Mrs. Thomas (Katherine) Heddleston, Austin, Texas; Mrs. William (Frances) Stalder, Hoodsport, Washington; Mrs. Allen (Elizabeth `Beth') Taylor, Roy; 23 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Raymond Dalton, Alfred Hansen and a son, John (Jack) Dalton.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 10th, 10 a.m. at the Myers Mortuary Chapel, 845 Washington Blvd., where friends may call Friday evening form 6-8 p.m. and on Saturday, from 9-9:45 a.m. Interment, Grace, Idaho Cemetery where graveside services will be held at 3 p.m.
