"Utah!" is the story of Jacob Hamblin and other early pioneers who helped bring Utah to statehood. It will be told on a huge outdoor stage on a site near Snow Canyon, where the new 80-acre Tuacahn complex and 2,000-seat amphitheater are nearing completion.

Special effects will include burning cities, galloping horses and a realistic flash flood.

Performers and technicians from outside the St. George area will receive stipends ranging from $200 to $300 per week, plus housing. Equity performers will have salaries pegged to the AEA Outdoor Drama Contract.
