Kimberly Rae Lothyan has been named operations officer at the Brighton office of First Security Bank in Salt Lake City. Her business career includes work as a litigation assistant. Aaron Davis has joined Scopes-Garcia-Carlisle Advertising and Public Relations as an account coordinator. Sandra Gale-Watrous is rejoining United HealthCare of Utah as senior vice president of operations. She had been with the HMO for seven years before starting up a new United HealthCare operation in Oklahoma. Real estate agent Wilma Hendon has joined Stonebrook Real Estate. She is an associate broker and earned the Graduate, Realtor Institute designation. William Salas also has joined Stonebrook Real Estate. He specializes in commercial and residential real estate and is working on his GRI designation. Mark Webb, who specializes in residential real estate, leasing and investment properties, also has joined Stonebrook. Toni Carter has been appointed sales associate for Herridge & Associates Inc. Carter will handle the publishing company's new and existing retail and shopping center clients. Physician Dennis Batey has been named vice president of medical affairs for FHP Health Care. He is responsible for managing quality assurance, risk management, quality improvement and physician credentialing. FHP Health Care recently chose Kathryn Adair to be vice president of provider services. She is responsible for developing strategic and operations plans of contracted managed health-care networks. Beth Lewis, who has an extensive background in sales, has been hired by Tel America as an account executive. Robert Openshaw, another individual with a strong sales background, has been chosen by Tel America as an account executive. Robert Abruzzese, a former regional manager for RCI Long Distance, has joined Tel America as an account executive.
