Picabo Street and Kyle Rasmussen headlined the 19-member U.S. Ski Team squad picked Tuesday for the alpine World Championships.

The championships are scheduled to begin Monday with the women's super-G at Sierra Nevada, Spain, but warm weather conditions have threatened postponement of the races.Included on the U.S. team are Olympic downhill champion Tommy Moe of Girdwood, Alaska; 1993 World Championships bronze medalist A.J. Kitt of Rochester, N.Y.; current women's downhill leader Hilary Lindh of Juneau, Alaska; and Eva Twardokens of Santa Cruz, Calif.
