J. Stnaley Davis died October 2, 1995, in Portland, of lung cancer.
Born June 4, 1939 in Richfield, Utah, to Lorenzo and Vivian Davis. Attended Richfield High School. Married Jean Nelson in the Manti LDS Temple in 1963. Graduated from the Universit5y of Utah in 1964. Worked for Christensen Diamond Products, Salt Lake City, and most recently for Warn Industries, Milwaukie, Oregon. He was a registered professional engineer in New York, Virginia and Utah.He served an LDS mission to the Western Canadian Mission, and on his return, fufilled many church callings, including bishop.
Survived bny his wife of Lake Oswego, Oregoni; sons, Jeffrey, Scott, Andrew, and Ryan; brothers, Gerald Davis of Centerville Robert Davis, Watsonville, Calif.; sisters, June Crawford, and Carol Harden, both of Bounitufl; and three grandchildren.
