Jane Seymour, pregnant in real life and as the title character on TV's "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman," says she had two miscarriages - one on live television.

"It was terrible," Seymour said of the day she had a miscarriage while announcing at a Rose Bowl Parade. "Nobody knew. The audience certainly didn't know. I never told anybody."In an interview in the Nov. 25 issue of "TV Guide," Seymour said she "just handled" the situation until her husband, James Keach, arrived and rushed her to the hospital.

Seymour, 44, the mother of three children, is now eight months pregnant with twin boys via in vitro fertilization.

She has stopped work on the popular CBS series until after their birth.
