Arietta Tims Wiegel Barrow, age 53 today, Happy Birthday! passed away peacefully at home with many loved ones present, December 4, 1995.
Timsy was born December 6, 1942 to the late John and Hettie Van Tussenbroek Wiegel in Salt Lake City. She married Gregory Milton Barrow November 9, 1964 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.Timsy was an x-ray technician at LDS Hospital and Salt Lake Clinic. She was also an educator for the handicapped in Granite School District. She was a skilled seamstress, active in costuming, theatre and music. Most of all she is a loving sweetheart and mother whose greatest accomplishments were in her home with six children. She was active in the LDS Church and will be remembered for her homemaking skills and her work on activities committees. She touched many lives with her talents and inspiration. She will be greatly missed here but welcomed by her loved ones on the other side.
Survived by her husband; sons John (Patti), Jeff (Lisa), Jake; daughters Kristen Rowe (Brian), Amy Carlson (Mark), Ruth Braga (Mike); four grandchildren; sister Janet Fletcher; brother John Wiegel. Preceded in death by her parents, brother Frank, and sisters Ruth Wiegel and Catherine Blackham.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 8, 1995, 12 Noon at the Little Cottonwood 5th Ward, 6350 South Rodeo Lane (1490 E.). Friends may call at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Thursday 6-8 P.M. and Friday at the ward 11:00-11:45 A.M. Interment, Mountain View Memorial Estates.
