Elder Benjamin Doxey Snow, 20, was fatally injured in a tragic traffic accident while serving in the Brazil Recife South LDS Mission February 3, 1995.

Born July 25, 1974, in Salt Lake City, son of Wayne Smith Snow and Susan Doxey Snow.Prior to his mission, he had attended Ricks College where he was on the student council. During his summers he was a river guide at the Teton High Adventure Base. Ben graduated from Davis High in 1992; he was a seminary class president, on the honor roll and lettered in tennis his junior year. Ben was a friend to everyone; he thought of others needs before his own. He never said or did an unkind thing to anyone. To know Ben is to love Ben.

Elder Snow is survived by his parents; brothers and sisters, Emily, Mary, Brian, Wesley and Katie; his grandparents, Tom H. Doxey and Mildred S. Snow.

Funeral services Wednesday, February 8, 1995, 12 noon, at the Farmington North Stake Center, 729 West Shepard Lane. Friends may call at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, Tuesday, 6-8 p.m. and at the church Wednesday, 10:15-11:45 a.m. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
