Jonathan William LeBeau, precious husband, father, son, brother and friend, found peace on March 9, 1995 after a valiant fight with cancer and leukemia. His eternal companion was at his side.
He was born April 16, 1970 in Vernal, Utah to Joseph William and Lorraine Dorothy LeBeau. He married Alisha Turner for time and all eternity on Dec. 17, 1994 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.Jonathan was an example of strength to everyone who knew him. He suffered great pain and sickness, but never once was heard to complain. He taught us to live life to its fullest. To find beauty in everything and everyone around us. His greatest love was spending time with his wife and son, whether it was on the highest mountain hunting deer and elk or on the sandy beach of the Green River catching catfish. Jonathan found great joy working with his father on the mountains around the Uintah Basin.
He is survived by his wife, Alisha and son, Michael of Vernal; his parents, Joseph and Dorothy LeBeau of Vernal; sisters, Lori LeBeau (Arnie), Tammie Dearing (Ken), Heidi Hansen (Richard); brothers, Joseph LeBeau (Kathleen) and Jeremey LeBeau. Also survived by seven nephews and one niece. All will miss their Uncle Jonathan.
The family would like to express sincere gratitude to Dr. William F. Reilly who went above and beyond the call of duty to give us five extra years with Jonathan, and to all the loving nurses and doctors who not only took such good care of Jonathan but also his family.
We will miss our sweet Jonathan, but everytime we hear an elk bugle or see a fish jump we will know he is near. May you rest and be free from pain, Sweetheart, until we all meet again at Jesus's feet.
