KMXB (alias "The Mix," FM-107.5), KUMT (alias "The Mountain," FM-105.7) and KCPX (FM-1600) are all for sale.

Ladd Hadlock, manager for the three stations, confirmed they are for sale by US Radio L.P. Corp., though no agreements for sales have yet been reached.US Radio purchased KMGR in September of 1992 and initially leased the other two stations, then known as KBCK-FM and KBBX-AM.

Hadlock said KMXB could be sold separately from KUMT, but "The Mountain" and KCPX would go together.

Ratings wise, KUMT ranked 15th place for listeners ages 25-54 in the most recent Arbitron ratings for the fall of 1994, while KMXB was 18th.

The rumored asking price for KUMT is $4 million.
