Gordon Clark filed a court declaration late last month seeking custody of the couple's two young sons, saying they were "starved for affection" by the long hours Marcia Clark devotes to the Simpson trial. He said his estranged wife sees their children only an hour a day on weekdays.Marcia Clark's lawyers went to court Monday to request that the divorce and custody files be sealed and to request the gag order preventing lawyers from discussing the case out of court. The judge set a hearing for Monday and issued an interim order that seals the files until then, said Marcia Clark's attorney.
