Action movie star Sylvester Stallone and swimsuit model-actress Angie Everhart are engaged to be married, their spokesman said Monday in Los Angeles.

The couple, who met through mutual friends, said in a statement "We are very much in love, and we couldn't be happier."No date has been set for the marriage, which will be Stal-lone's third and Everhart's first.
