Three new stakes have been created in Nevada, Australia and Singapore.
Elder James E. Faust, as a member of the Quorum of the Twelve, created the Panaca Nevada Stake, which includes the Alamo, Caliente, Hiko, Panaca 1st and 2nd, and Pioche wards.Elder V. Dallas Merrell of the Seventy has created the Perth Australia Warwick Stake, which includes the Doubleview, Duncraig, Heathridge, Joondalup, Noranda, and Warwick wards.
Elder Neal A. Maxwell of the Quorum of the Twelve has created the Singapore Singapore Stake, which includes Bedok, Clementi, Singapore 1st, and Toa Payoh wards, and the Singapore 2nd and 3rd branches.
Elsewhere, stakes were reorganized in Australia, Japan, Mexico and South Africa, and in California, Indiana and Utah.
