Geffen, who teamed up with Steven Spielberg and Jeffrey Katzenberg to form DreamWorks SKG, is ready to move into the late Jack Warner's nine-acre Beverly Hills estate.He paid $47.5 million in 1990 for the estate, including the 15,000-square-foot house, of the legendary Warner Bros. co-founder and has been refurbishing it ever since.
