Geneve Lewis Workman, 69, passed away at her home in Centerville, Utah, April 22, 1995.
She was born in Vernal, Utah, January 16, 1926 to Franklin C. Lewis and Frances Elizabeth Paxman.Geneve was a faithful, lifelong member of the LDS Church. She held many positions in the church including the presidency of the Relief Society and the Primary. But her favorite callings were when she was in a position to quietly serve her friends and loved ones.
She married Dallas R. Workman in the Salt Lake LDS Temple September 5, 1945.
She is survived by her husband Dallas of Centerville; three daughters, Susan (Soozie) of Centerville, Kathleen Moore (Michael) of Gypsum, Colo., Michele Trover (Michael) of Wanship, Utah; two sons, Dallas Ray Jr. of Bountiful, Utah, and Michael (Cindy) of Farmington, Utah; 10 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the Centerville Utah South Stake Center, 270 North 300 East, Wednesday, April 26, 1995, at 1 p.m. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Russon Bros. Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, and from 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m. at the church. Interment, Centerville City Cemetery.
Geneve suggested that anyone wishing to send flowers instead make a contribution to the Primary Children's Hospital or the Centerville 11th Ward Missionary Fund.
