Wild thing Charlie Sheen is settling down. The rambunctious actor is engaged to 24-year-old model Donna Peele, whom he recently met while filming a commercial in New York City, Sheen's publicist said Thursday. No wedding date has been set. Sheen, 29, the son of Martin Sheen and brother of Emilio Estevez, was once engaged to actress Kelly Preston. They called it off in 1990 and Preston married John Travolta.
