Janet Leigh can't forget the terror of the shower.
Watching her character get stabbed to death in Alfred Hitchcock's 1960 thriller "Psycho" left a terrifying impression. "I stopped taking showers, and I take baths, only baths," she says in Monday's New York Times.If she stays someplace where only showers are available, she panics.
"I make sure the doors and windows of the house are locked, and I leave the bathroom door open and shower curtain open," she said.
