Loving devoted mother and grandmother, Etta Grace Foutz, 99, passed away May 26, 1995 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born November 16, 1895 in Jackson, New Mexico, daughter of Jonathan George and Sarah Catherine Steele Biggs. Married Joseph Bert Foutz, July 7, 1916 in Kirtland, New Mexico. Later solemnized in Salt Lake LDS Temple on June 14, 1937. She has been an active member of the LDS Church. She received an award from the West Jordan Senior Citizens for volunteer work.Survived by two sons and three daughters, Murray (Betty) Foutz, Bloomfield, New Mexico; Velma (Leroy) C. Manning, West Valley City; Reed B. (Jackie) Foutz, Scottsdale, Arizona; Vyrl Jean (Max) McKee, West Jordan; Bernice Andrews, Phoenix; 36 grandchildren, 70 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband; eight sisters; one brother; children, J.B., Maureen, Allen Burton and Renald Leroy.
