Lloyd Gordon Hobbs died May 15, 1995, in Norwalk, Califonia.
Born September 30, 1919, in Nephi, Utah, to George Lloyd Hobbs and Jennie "V" Malmgren, deceased. Member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Gereldine H. Hobbs; sons and daughters: Marlene Anderson, Chino Hills, Calif.; Ronald G. Hobbs, Los Alamitos, Calif.; Vaughn R. Hobbs, Evergreen, Colo.; Janice H. Hopkins, Solana Beach, Calif.; Lorraine DeCelle, Greensboro, NC; 14 grandchildren, Holly, Bradley, Emily and Wesley Anderson; Kevin, Erin, Sharlyn, Carrie, Kyle and Travis Hobbs; Kenny, Matthew, Stacey and Thomas Decelle; sisters, Beth H. Taylor, Hyde Park, Utah; and Joana Major, Pleasant Grove, Utah.
Funeral services were held May 18, 1995, in Santa Fe Springs, California.
Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in the name of L. Gordon Hobbs. The Hobbs family is also planning a Memorial Industrial Technology Scholarship fund with Downey Unified School District in L. Gordon Hobbs' name.
