William Clifton "Cliff" Mahan, age 86, died July 20, 1995 in Price, Utah.
Born May 5, 1909 in Littleton, Alabama, son of Jesse Green and Sallie Whitt Mahan. Married Pearl Patterson on September 13, 1932 in Price, Utah. She died November 2, 1982. Member, Carbon Lodge #16 F&AM, York Rite and other Masonic affiliations. Member, United Methodist Church. Former supervisor U.S. Steel Horse Canyon Coal Mine prior to retiring in 1969.Survived by three daughters and spouses, Vena and Ken Tryon, Price; Sallie and Jack Killian, Price; Patsy and George Cortelyou, Albuquerque, New Mexico; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; preceded in death by parents, stepmother, Vena Mahan; sisters, Ethel and Addie; brother, Abbott; grandson, Scott Tryon.
Public Masonic funeral services Tuesday, July 25, 1995, 11 a.m., Mitchell Chapel. Family will be at Mitchell's Monday evening 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior to services. Interment: Price City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations to Shriners' Children's Hospital, Fairfax Avenue and Virginia Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84103.
