Mark Spencer Miner, 80, passed away July 1, 1995, at home of natural causes.

Born March 30, 1915, in Springville, Utah, to George and Mary Patrick Miner. Married Opal Hillman March 6, 1944, in Washington, D.C.Graduate of the University of Utah, 1941, with a law degree and has practiced law in Salt Lake City since 1945. Former Assistant County Attorney. U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.

Survivors: wife of Salt Lake City; daughters and sons, Jackie Miner of Portland, Ore.; Nancy of Seattle, Wash.; Cindy, Wendy, Mark and Kelly, all of Salt Lake City; sister, Margaret Healy of Calif.; 8 grandchildren.

Preceded in death by brothers, Fred, George and Merrill.

Funeral services Thursday, July 6, 2 p.m., Larkin Mortuary Chapel, 260 East South Temple, where friends may call Wednesday, 6-7:30 p.m. and Thursday, one hour prior to the service.

Interment, Valley View Cemetery.
