President Clinton, center, joins in singing the national anthem Wednesday prior to the start of the Flatcreek Saddle Rodeo in Jackson Hole, Wyo. Chelsea Clinton is at right. In his night at the rodeo, Clinton grinned and applauded as broncos bucked, cowboys hogtied their calves and cowgirls raced their ponies around a trio of drums. The president also held court for dozens of young admirers and tied one little boy's shoe.
