Davis County Commission
At its meeting Wednesday, Aug. 30, the Davis Commission:
- Denied a property tax exemption appeal by the Bountiful American Legion Post but encouraged the group to appeal its request to the state Tax Commission.

- Approved a 30 mph speed limit on a milelong stretch of 3200 West between Gordon Avenue in Layton and the Clearfield city limit.
