Two Salt Lake talk-radio announcers have been reinstated and are back on the air following a temporary suspension.
KCNR announcers Rick Taylor and Todd Herman were back on the radio this morning.Scott Mahalick, general manager of KCNR, said the two were "permanently reinstated." He said public support for the on-air personalities played a part in the station's decision.
"It (public support) was a lot of our decision," he said. "Combined with our commitment to produce good talk radio."
Taylor and Herman were suspended because they violated a station order not to display a desecrated American flag at KCNR's Utah State Fair booth, Mahalick said.
