Neil VanValkenburg, age 57, died September 15, 1995 in Salt Lake City.
He was born June 27, 1938 in Crescent, Utah to Welles and Wilma Wellington VanValkenburg. Married Bonnie Parkin, June 7, 1963 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Neil enjoyed woodworking. Served in the U.S. Army. Retired painter from Mark Steel Corp.Survived by his wife and two daughters, Kelly (Wesley) Taylor; Wendy (Olaf) Questereit; grandchildren, J. Mitchell Taylor, Marissa Questereit; three sisters, Lorene Beckstead, Joyce Neff and Ila Grainger. Preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.

Funeral services will be held Monday, 12 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 So. Redwood Road, where friends may call Sunday 6-8 p.m. and Monday 11-11:45 a.m. Interment: Redwood Memorial Estates.
