Equity Title Co., formed by the merger of Realty Title and Courtesy Title, has acquired Bonneville Title's Midvale office and is planning to open offices in West Jordan, Ogden and St. George in the next three months.

Mark S. Webber, president and chief operating officer of Equity Title, said he recently became affiliated with Orange Coast Title Co., one of the largest title companies in Southern California."I'm excited to bring the financial strength, know-how and security that Orange Coast offers to the people of this area," said Webber, a University of Utah graduate with a degree in marketing and finance and a graduate of the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University.
