Our loving father, grandfather, brother and friend, Loftin Ammon Harvey, age 93, died September 30, 1996 in Salt Lake City.
Born February 12, 1903 in Levan, Utah, son of Thomas Andrew Franklin and Mary Sophia Nielsen Harvey. Married Cleo Lee, January 6, 1926; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple; she preceded him in death September 1995. He loved to fish, hunt and bowl. He and his best friend, Stan Carter, have been feeding several flocks of wild geese and ducks, for the past few years. He retired from Mountain Fuel.Survived by daughters, Lalagene (Jim) Calkin, California Ventura Mission; Irene (David) Whitfield, Holladay; son, Loftin Ammon (Roseline) Harvey, Jr., Kearns; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brother, Clarence Harvey, Ogden.
Funeral services Thursday, 12 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, where friends may call Thursday, 11-11:45 a.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
